- 当以20 MHz的频率运行时，加速80C51 CPU为除乘法和除法外的所有指令提供300?600 ns的指令周期时间。当VDD = 4.5 V至6.0 V时，以高达20 MHz的频率运行，当VDD = 2.7 V至6.0 V时，以高达10 MHz的频率运行。
