AD7690:  18位、1.5 LSB INL、400 kSPS PulSAR® 差分ADC,采用MSOP/QFN封装

AD7690是一款18位、逐次逼近型模数转换器(ADC),采用单电源(VDD)供电。它内置一个低功耗、高速、18位不失码的采样ADC、一个内部转换时钟和一个多功能串行接口。在CNV上升沿,AD7690对IN+与IN-引脚之间的电压差进行采样。这两个引脚上的电压摆幅为0 V到REF,相位相反。基准电压(REF)由外部提供,最高可以设置为电源电压。AD7690的功耗和吞吐量呈线性变化关系。

SPI兼容串行接口还能够利用SDI输入将几个ADC以菊花链形式连结到单三线式总线上,并提供一个可选的忙闲指示。它采用独立的VIO电源,与1.8V、2.5V、3V或5V逻辑兼容。AD7690采用10引脚MSOP封装或10引脚QFN (LFCSP)封装,工作温度范围为−40°C 至 +85°C。

The AD7690 is an 18-bit, successive approximation, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single power supply, VDD. It contains a low power, high speed, 18-bit sampling ADC with no missing codes, an internal conversion clock, and a versatile serial interface port. On the CNV rising edge, it samples the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN− pins. The voltages on these pins swing in opposite phase between 0 V and REF. The reference voltage, REF, is applied externally and can be set up to the supply voltage.The power of the AD7690 scales linearly with the throughput.

The SPI-compatible serial interface also features the ability, using the SDI input, to daisy-chain several ADCs on a single, 3-wire bus and provides an optional busy indicator. It is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, or 5 V logic, using the separate VIO supply.The AD7690 is housed in a 10-lead MSOP or a 10-lead QFN (LFCSP) with operation specified from −40°C to +85°C.
