AD7665:  16位、570 kSPS、单极性PulSAR® ADC

AD7665是一款基于Pulsar内核的16位、570 kSPS、电荷再分配SAR型模数转换器(ADC),采用5 V单电源供电。该器件内置一个16位高速采样ADC、一个电阻器输入标量(允许多种输入范围)、一个内部转换时钟、纠错电路,以及串行和并行系统接口。AD7665经过出厂硬件校准和全面测试,可确保除一般直流参数(增益、偏置和线性度)之外,诸如信噪比(SNR)和总谐波失真(THD)等交流参数也合乎要求。

该器件具有三种采样模式:极高采样速率模式(Warp模式);快速模式(正常模式),适用于异步转换速率应用;低功耗模式(脉冲模式),适用于低功耗应用,其功耗与吞吐量呈比例关系。该器件使用ADI公司的0.6微米高性能CMOS工艺制造,采用48引脚LQFP封装,工作温度范围为-40°C至+85°C。

Based on the Pulsar core, the AD7665 is a 16-bit, 570 kSPS, charge redistribution SAR, Analog-to-Digital Converter that operates from a single 5 V power supply. It contains a high-speed 16-Bit sampling ADC, a resistor input scalar, which allows various input ranges, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. The AD7665 is hardware factory calibrated and is comprehensively tested to ensure such ac parameters as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and total harmonic distortion (THD), in addition to the more traditional dc parameters of gain, offset, and linearity.

It features a very high sampling rate mode (Warp) and, for asynchronous conversion rate applications, a fast mode (Nor-mal) and, for low power applications, a reduced power mode (Impulse) where the power is scaled with the throughput. It is fabricated using Analog Devices’ high-performance, 0.6 micron CMOS process and is available in a 48-lead LQFP with operation specified from -40°C to +85°C.
