ESDAVLC7-5BU6：5-line bidirectional very low capacitance ESD protection
The ESDAVLC7-5BU6 chip is a monolithic array designed to protect up to 5 lines against ESD transients.
The device is ideal for applications where both reduced print circuit board space and high ESD protection level are required.

- 5 bidirectional Transil diodes
- Breakdown voltage: VBR
= 7 V min.
- Clamping voltage: VCL
= 16.2 V at 30 ns
- Very small PCB area: 0.7 mm²
- 300 μm pitch micro package
- Lead-free and RoHS package
- Complies with the following standard
- IEC 61000-4-2 level 4
- ±15 kV (air discharge)
- ±8 kV (contact discharge)
- ±8 kV (contact discharge)
