ACST1035-8FP:Overvoltage protected 10 A 800 V AC switch

The ACST1035-8FP offers 800 V blocking voltage, high commutation and noise immunity, all required for inductive load control.

Its high maximum junction temperature, Tj= 150 °C offers easier thermal management in application.

ACST1035-8FP enables applications to be compliant with IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5.
